Why there are humans / the meaning of life
Powerfully connected with yourself and life
Since time immemorial mankind has employed the question of why there are the humans, and what is the meaning of life.
I want to give you my answers to these and other questions in this context, and how I can help you further with my Seelkraft® Coaching.
What is the meaning of life?
To my understanding the meaning of life is to realize your own destiny, and to implement it into your life.
Every soul contains its aim that they strives for to unfold in our life. This aim may be to fulfill a particular task, to create or invent something special, or simply to gain certain experiences.
As a famous quote says, it is possible that we are human beings gathering spiritual experience on earth, but rather spiritual beings gathering human experience. Perhaps this quote can provide us with a new perspective about our own life.
How do I know my aim in life?
We recognize our aim in life by how we feel during our actions. When we act in accordance with our aim in life, then we are filled with a longer-lasting feeling of inner peace and balance and joy. Taking actions is mostly easy for us, we feel 'in the flow', and full of energy.
When we act against our aim in life, we lack this inner peace, balance and joy. After a short time we have a feeling of superficiality and internal discontent. We loose our energy. Because inner discontent negatively affects our immune system, acute or chronic diseases may develop from it.
A great way to learn more about our inner aim in life, is the imagination that we had only a few months left to live. What is so important to us that we want to implement it in the remaining months? Which positive things should an orator mention honorably at our funeral?
Maybe you can not see your aim in life today. Go anyway in the direction that gives you a lasting inner satisfaction. On the way you will most likely obtain new knowledge, and you will become clearer and clearer on what your aim is life is.
Why are there so many unpleasant experiences in life?
Behind unpleasant experiences in the outside world there is often an important topic for our further development. If we recognize this issue, and learn the important lessons for us from it, then we can again develop a bit and change our lives.
If we do not want to see an issue, then often it repeats itself elsewhere in our lives, until we have learned our lesson. Whether we move to another country, change our job, or live together with another partner: our issues often 'follow' us as long as we do not learn from it.
I am convinced that this is due to our inner state, which radiates to the environment. Our internal state changed our appearance, our posture, our behavior. Our 'radiation' is perceived by other people and has a profound impact on our environment. If we feel well, our good mood radiates outwards, and many other people will treat us well. When we not feel so well, or we have internal issues, then this also transmits to the outside, and many unpleasant experiences in dealing with other people and our environment can occur.
The more we go into resistence, and we search for problems and the solution only in the outside world (eg put on a mask, shift all the blame to others, or cut ourselves off from the outside world with a wall), the more difficult it is for us, to find the problem and solution in our ourselves. Then it is also difficult to perceive and accept positive things.
Unpleasant experiences in the outside world show us our inner issues whose time has come. The best way to deal with them is to accept the unpleasant experience, to look for the lesson to learn, and then to put the knowledge into action.
How do I find 'the right' path?
We often find it difficult to find the right path in life. Maybe there is not even 'the' right path? Perhaps there are many different paths to reach a goal? Doesn't already the question of 'the right' way show, that we restrict us in our possibilities, or want to keep our lives too perfectly under control?
If it is our aim in life to have certain experiences in life, then this experience can come about in many different ways. Very often the path of our development is not straightforward, and we can see in hindsight why some of the suspected 'detours' were necessary for us.
In my view, the correct path is to evolve internally. Changes in our internal state allow us new behaviors, and automatically transmit via our radiation wo our environment.
What prevents me from living my aim in life?
I am convinced that our soul has received all the qualities and talents that it need to fulfill its destiny. Some talents are already apparent in childhood, others are initially hidden or blocked. They may only need a trigger to be released, perhaps some special knowledge, or a specific event, or simply that the 'right time' is achieved.
Several things can prevent us from living our aim in life.
Maybe we do not feel sensitive enough to discern what is our aim in life.
Maybe we let ourselve become distracted through our minds or by the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to live our aim in life.
Also, fears of the unknown ('perhaps everything will be worse'), of certain circumstances ('what are others thinking'), or self-doubt ('I can not do it') can hold us back.
Because we have a free will, we can always choose how we want to deal with these things, and whether it can distract us from our goal. We ourselves have the responsibility for our own development.
What are inner blocks?
Our fears and doubts can solidify to form inner blocks. Inner blocks can manifest itself in many ways:
Lack of energy (feeling of being drained, stagnation, lack of energy)
Feelings of stress
Inappropriate emotions about seemingly trivial issues (eg, anger, resentment, sadness)
Too little calmness in your everyday life
Our subconscious mind is designed to keep us viable. Therefore, it integrates inner blocks into our system. This can happen already in early childhood, when we take over blocks and patterns from our parents. Inner blocks can also develop from later experiences, eg in a partnership, at work, from unemployment, from traumatic or other profound experiences.
Because it hurts inside when these blocks are touched, our mind learns how to avoid these blocks. He creates evasive strategies and invents many seemingly factual arguments justifying our evasive action. He learns to put on a mask to the outside, which conceals the inner feelings.
After some time, the inner feelings disappear (because it has become normal for us), and there remains only the mask. Through the inner blocks and the mask a large part of our energy is spoilt. When the energies in our body no longer flow properly, this has a negative impact on our immune system and our self-healing capability, and acute or chronic diseases may develop.
