The process of a coaching session
During the Seelkraft® Coaching you'll explain your topic to me. I will ask you several questions, e.g. which aspects are most annoying to you, or which advantages may be connected with your topic. Then we work on your vision, the gap analysis, and your action plan.
In case we identify inner thinking restraints that we want to change, I may use ThetaHealing®. In a special state of relaxation, just like before falling asleep, it is easier to get in contact with your subconscious mind. During that time you can relax.
On the mental level the adjustments of a Seelkraft® coaching are frequently effective immediately and can directly have influence your behaviour. However, it may take some time for your environment to get used to your new energy state.
In some cases I may give you some 'homework', like thinking about what you want to change in your life.
In the end it is your decision on how to proceed with the insights gained during the Seelkraft® coaching, and whether you are ready to go beyond your comfort zone.
